When unavailable, a staff member is unavailable at ALL locations regardless of what is specified here. Specifying a location here is optional and purely for display purposes.

Time Off Policy

We totally understand that life happens. But because families rely on us, we need proper notice.

1 day off: 2 weeks' notice required
2-6 consecutive days off: 1 month's notice required
7+ consecutive days off: 2 months' notice required

If you need to request time off without the required notice, we may still be able to approve it, but you are responsible for arranging a substitute for your students at their normal lesson times. Please coordinate with your colleagues, let the admin team know the coverage plan you find, and give us as much notice as possible so we can work with you.
